Today we're going to discuss exchange-traded funds or E-T-F's.

You've probably heard of them, but not quite like this before.

We're options focused at Schaefer's, of course,

and today we're breaking down a special kind of options contract, flex options or defined

outcome ETS. And joining me is Bruce Bond, co-founder and CEO of Innovator Capital Management.

Very well, thanks for having me. Bill works with clients to help them find suitable risk management and

investment tools to protect their assets. So we're going to talk ETFs and

for the record guys I'm going into this relatively fresh and

new I'm joining you dear listener in learning about this so I want to start very

basic Bruce you can go first. Tell us about how these ETS work and how they use Cebo's flex options for investors and then further to that how do Cebo's flex options differ from a standard

options contract.
