Great to be here, Anne. Let's start. So you and I have known each other for a long time

and I'll just, I always like to, to front that. I think we met when you were running the

Enron investigation when we were both at the Department of Justice.

I remember that as just as well and you were, I think, heading off to the Eastern District

of New York where I had been a prosecutor for many, many years and a mutual friend had

us over for dinner, which I think was the first home cook meal I'd had in about two years
