I was 22 years old and stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs.

Myself and a few of my army buddies had decided to head to one of the local bowling alleys on a Saturday night.

Nothing crazy. Just wanted to get out of the barracks for a bit.

A few games and a few beers later, one of my friends, N, shot out the idea to our group.
