There is something happening right now and we need to talk about it and honestly it is starting to feel scary.

It's all over social media, Hollywood, our news feeds, little teeny tiny skeletal bodies.

We're talking celebrities who were once really well known for having curves and embracing their body have

turned to weight loss injectables. Even women who don't need to lose weight are turning to either dieting

or just getting smaller. And girls who haven't even hit middle school yet are watching these stars, these

I want to talk about what's going on not just in Hollywood and with influencers, but what's

going on with our medical community, the doctors who have taken an oath to do

no harm, how are they okaying, supervising women who are clearly crash dieting? If you're losing

five, six, seven pounds a week, you're consuming less than 500 calories a day. That's a crash diet. And no

I am not against it. I'm a fan of it. I do think that there's a way for medications and
