Like today, Proverbs 28, verses 15 and 16, it says, like a roaring lion or a charging

bear, is a wicked ruler over a poor people.

A ruler who lacks understanding is a cruel oppressor, but he who hates unjust gain will

prolong his days.

Bosses, because these two verses describe some scary situations that happen for the people

who are under a bad leader.
