So I've now been fitted with this, I'll keep touching it, this diabetic thing, which is sort of red, I'm telling you my blood sugars are all over the blamid place this morning.

I don't know why.

All I've had is tomatoes.

I didn't know tomatoes could affect it quite badly, seeing as they're about 97% water.

I don't know you could be affected by water, but I keep thinking it's going to drop off this thing.

It's so annoying. You know when you keep playing with it and it's a disc with a needle in it

and the needle goes into your skin so you're permanently being monitored. Right

pain it really is. But anyway, all of that pales into insignificance. We had the ITV party.

My God, honestly, there were those who were there because it was free food. Welcome to the world of

Aymann Holmes. And then there was, I mean, loads of other people there. They go, oh, that's nice. And then a few people you think, I don't know what you're doing there.

And then the Love Island fan, who's begged Amber to pie her lying ex-Michael in favour of new boy Greg.

They're really such peculiar people, aren't they?

The so-called Love Island fan.

You know, as if the programme had anything to do with them was about them or nothing at all to do with them.

I don't know what they'd bother with it for.

I mean, I really can't understand it.

Amanda Holden is on holiday with Lexi and Holly, soaking up the sun during a family holiday in Greece.

That's the country, incidentally, as opposed to a sort of Mazzola or something like that.
