joined today by our Jewish World and Real Estate correspondent Zev Stubb. Zev, it's good to have you on the daily briefing.

How are you? Hey, Jessica, it's great to be here. Thanks for being here with me. Looking very briefly at this morning's headlines, there is the ongoing issues of the very shaky

ceasefire with Lebanon, which has brought about the cancellation of the Lagba-Omer Mount

Maron pilgrimage for the ultra-Orthodox community.

Lagba Omer starts on Monday night into Tuesday.

But we will focus today on two of the two beats that Zev covers very closely.

We'll first talk about the Golders Green London stabbing that took place last Wednesday and that in the,

in terms of the larger anti-Semitic threat in London. And we'll also look at some of what

Zeb has been covering in terms of the real estate market, particularly in the north, in Kiyashmona, and down south

in the Negev, and how real estate really throws a light on what's going on in the country in

general. So stay with us more on all of that.

This very terrifying anti-Semitic terror attack last week.

Two Jewish men stabbed in the very Jewish neighborhood of Golders Green in London.

And it is very much in the local London headlines as well as ours.

What you reported on it from the very start, tell us what you were hearing and, you know,

hearing from people as you spoke to them.

And what's happening now, days later?

Yeah, I mean, the Jewish community there is angry, also scared, but angry. You know, this is something that's been going on for, you know, for two and a half years.

You know, after the attack, Prime Minister Kier Starrmer came in to speak with the community,

and he kind of got booed out.
