Oh, hello, how's it going? You know what? Don't answer that, actually. Another day. Another injustice for women. What are I talking about today? Feminine hygiene products. Look, I might not need them so much anymore, but I do buy them

by the boatload for my daughters. And while I have some serious choice words for the fact that we

haven't found a better name for them, I have some extra choice words for the fact that they are

on average 40% more than they were just a few years ago.

Oh, it's true. Thanks to the Trump tariffs and inflation, products like tampons and sanitary pads

are more expensive than ever before. And that's on top of the pink tax that many states already levy on products

exclusively meant for women, which of course I've had choice words for before. When women and girls

can't afford these products that we use every month, it is proven that they miss work and school

and fall behind financially and academically.

In a perfect world, these products would be free and readily available to anyone who needs them

and would come with a free bottle of wine.

In a less perfect world, they at least would be tax and tariff exempt, but maybe, can we all, can we still have the wine?
