I had the best day I've had and I don't know how long so I woke up this

morning a little bit of a headache a little bit of a hangover nothing that we

couldn't fight through cup of coffee a shower ease that up right there and

then we were done with that I went to the gym on a Sunday that's where that

that's rare and then I wasn't what sometimes I work on Sundays I wasn't

working today so for the after from like 12 30 up until 15 minutes ago when we

got here Jack I didn't do anything and I didn't have to watch the Eagles it was

so relaxing we won't talk about how my bets went but that's a whole different

story I just had a hot or no still hot or no we've cooled off a little bit
