This things that most people his age don't have what's people my age don't have I was just really impressed with this maturity and his awareness and his mindset and everything he's done and he's really taken over he just goes after it and he figures things out and he learns from his lessons and he takes his beatings and everything that this show is about this kid really really just empowers and represents and I think it's awesome.

So although he is a videographer and he's licensed the wedding company for wedding photography and wedding figure at videography.

The business principles of this are absolutely amazing so no matter if you're in real estate or in any other kind of business or looking to start a business or grow your own business or scale up or delegate out this is absolutely an episode that you want to be listening to we cover all discipline thing all different things especially discipline and ownership.

What does that add spin look like how do you build that scale that out dollar wise and monetize that on social media the proper way without just blowing a bunch of money on things that you don't know we're working.

We talk about again social media business etiquette things to do things not to do wearing too many hats as a business owner things that you need to figure out on how to delegate out how to feel like you still have the quality control.

By allowing people to do things as the business owner but not losing sight of what your core values are and not losing the control of the company and the reputation that you have built.

We talk about the difference between franchises and licensing and we talk about documenting things and building up SOPs and training people on those so you can put better people in places.
