Last night, the board of SAG After, the union that represents all of the film and TV actors

in the country, announced that it devoted unanimously to call a strike authorization vote

ahead of the negotiations with the AMP TTP.

So Drew, let's talk about what that means and what impact that might have on the ongoing

writer's strike.

I mean, I feel like we should start with was this expected because going back to the

second sidecast.

It was pretty clear that WGA had a history of calling for a strike authorization vote

because they did it as like in 2017, exactly.

So not only does the WGA have a history of calling for a strike authorization vote,

we actually do go on strike.

So there was a strike in 2007 in 1988, many times before that.

The actress went on strike in 1960 and then again in 1980 and they've also had strikes on

commercials, which is a different contract.
