0:23.5	So in all seriousness, we actually thought this would be the perfect time to devote some energy to the fine art of saying no.
0:31.3	Given that last week we were talking about reframing our New Year's resolutions, it sort of makes sense to think about how we're going to
0:39.6	make room for those resolutions in our lives and we do that by saying no to all the other stuff
0:45.9	that's coming in maybe not all the other stuff but selectively deciding what we let into our
0:52.2	schedule so that we have room to really make progress toward these
0:56.0	goals of ours.
0:57.3	So this episode was actually inspired by an interview that I read in Fast Company with a woman
1:05.0	named Kristen Mulner, who is the CEO of a company called New Brand Analytics.
1:09.8	I do not know this woman, but boy, does she seem awesome?
1:13.4	Because, you know, in this interview, she really talked very boldly and concretely about
1:19.8	how she, quote, mastered the art of saying no, resolutely refusing to become
1:25.4	overextended in all corners of her life.
