One thing I try to be cognizant of on Father's Day,

and I'm sure you probably the same thing too,

is realizing that, like, Father's Day is not a super happy day

for everybody, right?

For a myriad of reasons.

And I try not.

I know I'm lucky to have a dad who's still with me

and we still have a good relationship and all that,

but I know everyone's not as fortunate.

And for today's Mental Health Monday,

we're gonna talk about grieving the loss of your parent.

And I know you're like, wait, is this super happy

for a Monday? It's way heavy.

Today's show is gonna be a little kind of all over the place,

but I hope that there's gonna be a little nugget of knowledge
