I hope that is the case and I hope you get to spend plenty of time with family, church family as well go out to eat all that kind of good stuff and just worshiping Christ, celebrating the death burial and the resurrection. He is risen. He is alive of Christ. So here's what I want to talk about today.

There are two inmates that happen to be pregnant inside of an all women's prison. Now I know that some people have been talking about this. I mentioned this before in my radio show, but I'm going to dive a little deeper. There are biological differences between male and female. There are a lot of smart people out there that they call themselves scientists that would argue otherwise. But this is absolutely foolish. This topic has become completely politicized.

Welcome to the podcast hat tip right bar. Two inmates pregnant after ACLU lawsuit. lawsuit brings transgender women quote unquote to New Jersey women's prison. Now this is happening California as well. But apparently it's starting the spread. It's crazy.

So last year lawsuit was filed by the ACLU, the American Civil Liberty's Union. And they settled a lawsuit in New Jersey that led to convicted criminals being incarcerated and prisons that matched their quote gender identity.

And now to women in the prison are pregnant. You don't say officials have confirmed this. The women were not identified and it is not clear if they were impregnated by one or more of the 27 transgender women, meaning dudes who are housed in the states only all women's prison. What?

So pregnant and in all women's prison. Say it isn't so.

Edna Mayhan, she's the correctional facility for women. She's Edna May, let me just read this. Edna Mayhan correctional facility for women officials did say, however, that the sex between the prisoners was consensual.

That's a no that the daily mail picked up on the story first reported by new jersey.com or NJ.com. Let me go back to this issue just real quick. Okay. So the sex inside of the prison was consensual. Are they supposed to be having sex inside of the prison?

Are these people, you know, some people are allowed at I don't know if that's if it's prison by prison state by state. I don't know what the process is, but I know that some inmates are allowed to have conjugal visits with spouses, girlfriend, son, et cetera.

So I'm good behavior and all this kind of stuff in programs that exist within prisons. I don't know if that is the case with this. So I guess my first question would be why are inmates having sex inside of the prisons. Now listen, I know some people get raped molested so on, et cetera.

I get that, but you're talking about consensual sex inside of a prison. But what. All right. So now the ACLU director, Gianlo Cicero, defended on Tuesday, the policy saying it insured the rights of trans prisoners were not violated.

Are trans rights different from male and female rights? Just a question that I have. If a transgender female, listen, I get this stuff mixed up. I got to be honest with you just because I think we're living an in and insane society.

And this stuff completely frustrates me because I know what the left is trying to do, but nonetheless. All right. So we have this issue. Are trans rights, do they supersede the rights of male and female? I mean, isn't a, isn't a transgender female? I believe that's a man that's transitioning to female.

Isn't it amazing how when it's when we're talking about transgender rights, we're mostly talking about men that want to be women or vice versa, but, but the vast majority appear to be men wanting to be women yet the left will always say they're all these sexes. So different types of gender is 50 something types of genders.

If you ask Facebook, which is completely wacky and just tells you how big of a fraud they are, but there's, I mean, there's two sexes, male and female and the transgender's prove it, right? They either want to be male or female.

So even in their gender dysphoric state and even in their mental, even though they're mentally ill. And I honestly, I think some people are joining for popularity.

I think some people are just getting on board the train, the transgender train, if you will, but I, there, there, there right should be no difference, right? There's, there's, there's two sexes, male and female.

So why do they, why are trans entitled to special rights? Just look between their legs, figure out where they stand. All right. Or sit in some cases and send them to the prison or jail accordingly to their genitalia.

That just makes it simple. Well, Carl, it's not that simple. No, no, yes, it is. Otherwise, females wouldn't be getting pregnant at an all females prison. It really is that simple.
