Welcome to a very special episode of Saubones. It's hard for me to not be like Wicked Goofy at the beginning.

I guess there's not going to be a dour episode, but we're more serious.

More serious, more personal. And maybe overdue. I don't know. Maybe. I don't know.

We're not breaking up like that one, you two couple. No worries there.

Why is it when you said maybe overdue? That's the next thing that came into mind.

Riley will ask Riley. So we have used we have we have on Saubones. We usually talk about medical history.

But occasionally we share more personal stories that are medical adjacent our birth stories in particular.

When they're relevant, maybe to current issues or topics that are important or things that maybe by talking about, especially as people who have kind of applied to the world,

who have kind of a platform, maybe by talking about them, we help destigmatize them or make them a little more approachable.

And that's what this episode is about.

So yeah, and obviously if you if you we don't want to dwell on this too much because they're I don't necessarily think of these as the same sort of like a hat and hand.

It's definitely what and sort of got us thinking about it. But there've been several high profile two sides.
