Summary

It's a pungent resin derived from a plant, and has culinary appeal as well as reportedly some medical benefits. But what, if any, research and evidence do we have about these medicinal claims? 2:14.0	I'm sorry. I think that by myself. Anyway, yes, you brought it up and I thought it's funny because it's related to something else that I have researched like with the thought this would make a good saw bones before and had never really dived into.
