So every time you open a newspaper, because I know how much you like reading physical versions of newspapers and getting the ink all over your pruny fingers, every time you peruse any sort of a periodical, there's always a story about kids doing dumb

things on social media, which is fine.

And obviously, you know, it would take a series of podcasts.

It would take years to try and dissect the effect that social media has had,

not just on young people, not just on developing brains,

and their self-esteem and their social interactions and all that stuff.

And, you know, for example, at one point my 12-year-old a few years ago asked me if when I got in trouble, because she got her phone taken away, when I got in trouble when I was her age, did my mom take my iPhone away?

And I started laughing. I was like, we had a rotary dial, which my mom still has at her house, and that's great news.

But the point is, kids will do really dumb things, and they find out how to do these dumb things on social media, particularly TikTok and Snapchat.

And as a parent, I don't really like either of them.
