Now if you've saved seeds before in your own garden you've probably

saved it from a few plants and that's a very manual labor-intensive process but

how does it work at the scale of Bridget's company which is admittedly still a small operation all things considered

when you compare it to some of the largest seed companies out there?

But I think that it's an informative question just to hear about

all the work that actually goes into saving seeds and offering them for sale because I think a lot of the

times we can put very little value on the

seeds that we buy simply because in the scheme of things they're relatively

I'm actually curious about how you guys do it at your scale because I've always thought in the

pantheon of gardening businesses that could exist seed saving seems like

one of the hardest ones to do because of what you're doing you're taking a plant and you're trying to separate

off these tiny little elements of the plant

and then packaging those up.
