0:07.0	Oh, this episode might be a little counterintuitive, so hear me out.
0:17.0	I grew up, as many of you know, were very little, right? My family grew up on welfare. I only lived, you know, with my
0:28.3	my mom and sister in a lot of different shelters. I only ever had donation box clothing, often from the church
0:36.4	or from the school's lost property. And so I understand the value of money.
0:41.3	Right, so any money that comes into my life I'm so grateful, I'm conscious, and I'm not a huge
0:47.6	huge fender. I love to enjoy my life, I love to enjoy wonderful things, but I don't buy things for the sake of it and I
0:55.3	certainly don't do it to compete or impress anyone else and so money to me is
1:00.6	something that I take seriously, hold lightly, and I love to enjoy it.
1:06.0	I don't want to cling to it, it's not my master, but it's something that I want to use at my disposal for freedom, for options, for fun, and also too for a lot of fun giving away.
1:17.0	Why not? That's the magic of abundance, right?
1:19.0	It allows us to be generous.
1:20.0	But there's an A-SOP fable that I love to repeat over and over again,
1:27.0	which I've reframed as, this is a title that I give it,
1:31.0	which is Saving Money is expensive sometimes.
1:36.4	Okay? And this is a fable. I'm going to read it out.
1:40.1	A poor widow had one solitary sheep.
1:44.0	At shearing time, wishing to take his fleece and to avoid expense, she sheared himself, but
1:50.6	use the shears so unskillfully that with the fleece she sheared the flesh.
1:57.0	The sheep riding in pain said,
2:00.0	Why do you hurt me so?
2:02.0	What weight can my blood add to the wool? Why do you hurt me so?
