And we were talking before about the journey three years ago, you starting the show and how it's

snowballed from there.

Can you maybe paint a little picture for people of your journey so far the last three years.

Sure. Sean, thanks very much. It's good to be with you and your audience. I appreciate you very much.

Yeah. For the last three years, we literally last February, we started, three years ago in February, we started the show.

I had been for the previous 23 years in HR, in the medical industry, and and risen up through the ranks and became the vice president of human resources for a major medical hospital owner operator company.

And when COVID hit, I'm making a very long story short.
