0:00.0	I was doing about 90 mile an hour in my car. So I drove down the middle of the road and the
0:06.9	lorry coming towards me starts flashing his lights and he's moving and stuff. And every
0:10.6	time he moved, I moved with him. I was heading straight for him. And I must have been 50 yards from him
0:16.7	when my phone rang. If that phone hadn't wrong, I wouldn't be telling you this story.
0:23.8	Welcome, everybody. This is Simon Gilbo with Inspired. Inspired, if you're new to us, it's all about

0:48.1	by negativity and pessimism and sort of anxiety and news that just makes us feel depressed.
0:55.1	And as I talk about the word depression, that's a big part of our guest story.

1:31.3	Yeah, Peter Head, 30 miles north of Aberdeen.
1:34.7	And I've talked to ask Sandy to speak as clearly as possible.
