been doing this first-person defender series video series for more than a decade now where we take

people and drop a band to you know self-defense scenarios and see how they do and then of course

they screw up and we get to you know do it again and get some training and all and we know that

watching first person defender you were able to benefit from it I guess first of all how long

have you been watching the FPD series oh I've been probably watching FPD since season three season four

oh wow so probably since I was 13 so what isn't about the show they'd has your interest if you
