0:22.4	So I am finishing up baby step three and I'm trying to balance between 3D and 4.
0:29.0	So I live in Southern California, I own my own business and income can vary.
0:35.0	Also my business has changed quite a bit over the past couple years due to co-rents so
0:39.7	I haven't had a consistent kind of business model.
0:43.0	So I'm still fine tuning that piece.
0:47.1	Like I said, my income can vary so I can make either $2,000 a month or $15,000 a month.
0:53.0	And I don't know when I will really have enough money for a down payment so I can't predict
0:58.8	whether 2 years, 5 years or anything like that.
1:01.9	So at 35 years old I'm trying to figure out how to balance between turning up for a home
1:06.8	and investing.
1:09.0	To qualify for a mortgage you're going to have to have a self employed 2 years of income
1:13.9	tax returns.
1:15.4	The average of those 2 years they will use to qualify you.
1:20.8	And so if the average of those 2 years is $3,000 a month they are going to qualify you
