We are following those new developments in the search for today's show host Savannah Guthrie's missing mom, Nancy.

Police believe that the 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie was abducted from her home in the middle of the night,

and according to law enforcement, she was last seen inside of her home in Tucson, Arizona, Saturday night after family saw her around 9.45 in the evening.

Now, this case is unlike many missing persons reports, because within the first hours of that report deputies quickly found

quote suspicious circumstances and they declared nancy's home the scene of a crime publicly

today authorities there in pima county including the fbi held their second press conference

asking for the public's help in case you missed it here are the

highlights we we don't know where she is so which we're we're we'd be like

any investigation just start from the from the point of where we last saw her and

we work out and we're we are working as far out as we can go. We do believe that Nancy was taken from her home against her wheel at 11 o'clock in the morning the family got noticed from somebody at church that she was not at church. They went to the home, found her to be missing. That's that's the timeline. From Saturday night 945, we'll say, to Sunday morning 11 o'clock.
