Summary

A straight man in his 40s can only come if his lady is so, so, very wet. Is this a kink? Also, as he and his partners are aging, the likelihood of his finding a woman who can accommodate him diminishes. What can he do to ensure middle aged orgasms for all? A man’s husband has a lush, silky beard. Other men just need to touch it! The caller hates this, and wishes they would leave his husband’s pretty chin alone. How can he learn to politely rebuff their advances? On the Magnum, a woman struggles with sex when her boyfriend initiates. Past trauma gets in the way of her enjoyment. Dan brings on Rena Martine, a women’s intimacy coach, and former sex crimes prosecutor to talk about ways of breaking the bad associations between sex and fear. She also advocates for BDSM as a healing modality. Finally, a gay man just joined a new gym, and finds he’s got some exhibitionist tendencies. But he wants to make sure he’s being a good gym citizen. What is the etiquette amongst the sweaty brotherhood? [email protected] 206-302-2064 This episode is brought to you by Talkspace- online therapy that makes it easy to get extra mental health support. It's not just the state's ratio of right wing magnet jobs to reasonable human beings that has me worried for all my listeners in Michigan and other states and the United States.

0:34.6

And it's not just the two Republicans on Michigan's obscure board of canvassers that have me worried.

0:40.1

A quick digression. Those two Republican appointees to that board last week blocked an abortion rights amendment to the state constitution

from appearing on the ballot this November in Michigan for absolutely absurd reasons.

0:53.8

Something about a typo in the tax to the measure a couple of words being too close together.

0:57.8

But what these two Republican Fox are really worried about what Republican Fox all over the country are worried about right now is another state doing what Kansas just did voters in Kansas as you may recall overwhelmingly came down in favor of abortion rights.

1:11.8

And voters are going to do the same in other states red states and purple states as soon as they have a chance more than 750,000 eligible voters in Michigan signed petitions.

1:22.8

To get the amendment onto the ballot this November close to double the number of signatures required.

1:29.8

So yeah, that thing is going to pass if and when it makes it out of the ballot in Michigan.

1:34.8

And it still might make it out of the ballot this November a lawsuit has already been filed what I'm concerned about today right now is a 1931 law that came back into effect in Michigan after the Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade.

1:48.8

That 1931 law outlaws selling or administering drugs with the intent to procure miscarriage or produce abortion.

1:56.8

The law is currently on hold while challenges make their way through the court system in Michigan.

2:01.8

But it turns out banning abortion isn't the only thing that 1931 law does.

2:07.8

But first when we talk about medication abortion and we have talked about medication abortion a lot on this show recently.

2:13.8

We're referring to too hard to pronounce at least for me drugs, my fifth pistrone and my so pro stalled or M&M's as I prefer to call them to avoid mispronouncing them.

2:24.8

Two medications that were taken together effectively induce miscarriage and terminate of pregnancy.

2:29.8

They're safe, they're effective, women can self administer these drugs at home.

2:33.8

And they're relatively recent developments.

2:37.8

These drugs were first approved for use by the FDA in 2000.

2:41.8

So how did this law again a law passed in Michigan in 1931 ban medications that wouldn't be available for decades.
