Honestly, I don't want to get into any of these scandals in any greater depth because I do not care.

I really do not care. I mean, I am, of course,

against racist imagery in children's books, and I've always preferred my skunks to be non-problematic where consent to sexual activity is concerned. And I never really thought potatoes had genders

in the first place. Oh, fun fact about Mr. Potato Head. They didn't

used to come with those plastic potatoes. It was just a set of ears and eyes and lips and hats

with plenty of little pins attached to the inside of them. The toy was invented in 1949, so the

original pieces were probably made of lead. And the idea was kids would get a potato from mom

in the kitchen and make a little person

out of that potato and play with it and talk to it and bond with it. And then mom would skin that

potato alive and feed it to the kid. So it would seem that everyone was fine with Mr. Potatohead

normalizing cannibalism in the 1950s, but reinforcing gender roles in the 2020s

not going to fly. And like I said, I really don't care. Oh, and Harry and Megan should probably

say something. Sunday wasn't a good night for monarchists like me. Turns out the British royal

family is every bit as toxic and racist as a person would expect that particular royal family to be. People are calling for an end of the monarchy. And come on, they don't have any political power and they aren't really allowed to do or say anything. They're just toys in the hands of a country. So maybe just replace them with potatoes, a little lead crown stuck in them. Andrew Cuomo, also in the news, he's got to go. But I don't want to talk about any of that.
