There's a quote going around that says the young generation right now, so Jin Z is going to be the first generation to die with more memories of other people's lives than their own.

Younger generations today are going to be the first generation to die with more memories of other people's lives than their own.

I share that quote because as we wrap up Saturn's transit through Pisces, which we will not see again until 30 years from now, think of how old you'll be then when this lesson has to resurface to kind of get some TLC and roll up your sleeves on.

But in the age of technology, in the age of social media, it's like

it burst onto the scene as soon as Neptune entered Pisces in 2011, 2012, the iPhone

hit shelves and was very easily accessible to the public. And what came with the iPhone,

came to social media, Instagram, Facebook, we're dominating.

And of course, when we get something new like that, that is just magical,

instant, and makes life very quick.

We are humans.

We like things.

We like the dopamine and the serotonin to come fast.

We can go overboard with it.

And that was 14, 15 years ago.

And I think now we're finally starting to see as a species. Wait a second. There's some very real benefits to this, but there's also some very

serious downfalls, especially to all Pisces type things, our mental health, our spirit, our energies.

It's not healthy to constantly get this dopamine cycle of, I've always said this during

the Saturn and Pisces transit, and of course I will move on from this when Saturn moves

into Ares next year, but it's not normal to experience such a wide range of emotions

when you scroll on any social media feed.

You go from grieving and crying, seeing someone's dog died, and then to laughing at a hilarious

meme or real your friend sent you within seconds.
