| 1:39.7 | job, opportunity, money, etc., which also means a lot of competition. A lot of competition is what most people would be afraid of of going, oh my gosh, Phoenix, Arizona, which is where we currently are, is hyper competitive. I don't want to go to Phoenix, Arizona because there's so much competition. But the reality is, about 30% of your business should rely on your competition, and I'll get to that part again in six minutes. Okay. So a big part of your business, 30% I will fill in the blank here in just a second. You've got about another 30% of your business and then you have 40% of your business here. Okay, we'll talk about this perfect blend of your business. So your question is, what area should we focus on? You want to focus on an area that has growth. Good landlord laws will pace. I'm wholesaling. Why do I care about landlord laws? More people are buying rentals and fix and flips in better landlord loss. It's just areas. Also, if I'm building in Phoenix, Arizona, let's say a wholesale business, am I only doing wholesale or am I maybe building agent relationships along the way? Am I building title |
