And yes, I'm sweating like crazy because the air conditioning, my mini split, went out in my gazebo office and the work must go on. Okay, so if you take a look right now, I'm using red fin's exercise. You can do this on Zillow and my property that I have under contract that I'm looking to wholesale is in this neighborhood. And what I'm going to do now is I'm going to go over to my filters. and on my filters, I just put house. I put sold in the last six months,

and I put a range of 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Mine's 14 something, 100. So I'm right in the middle there. That's it. And then I look here and then what I like to do is I like to go price per square foot and I like to go highest to lowest. And then these are typically going to be ARV comps,
