Amazing. I've been to the fat farm, meaning I went to a detox hotel. And it was amazing. So I've been detoxing for a week. And when you detox and you work out four hours a day,

you drop some tonnage. And I laughingly call it the fat hotel because it's okay to mock yourself

if you get a bit chunky now and again, which I did. And I feel incredible. On top of the world, Ron.

into one of them. I think I need like an intensive, like 30-day version of that. They won't let you

out, Ron. Slap me on the hamster wheel and feed me lettuce. Asbria, how are you doing? How are

you? I haven't had the joyous times of going away, but certainly meeting

wonderful clients again this week. A lot of people are saying what the full moon has been doing to

them energetically. So that's been amazing to see how it's affected, how it's affected everyone.

Certainly, yeah, my mood's been up and down a bit,

but now coming out of it and feeling fantastic

and can't wait to get going with all our wonderful listeners
