Iowa pork. Fresh cut Iowa pork.

It's versatile meat.

You can get the kids some,

maybe get the kids some hot dogs

and get a pork coin for you and the wife. You can find some nice

marinade. Oh yeah. Slow cook that bad boy to 145 degrees. I like to

cook it to 140 degrees and then I pull it out and I let it sit in

foil to slow cook that final 5 degrees. That's what the pork producers I've worked with in the past have taught me and I have astutely listen to them
