First this morning. Thanksgiving has come and gone, and millions of Americans are heading home, but we are all keeping an eye on the weather with that massive storm dumping snow

and rain. Look at that. Just in time for tomorrow's record

breaker. It's expected to be the busiest travel day of the year so far. The TSA expects to screen

3 million people. Samara Theodore is standing by with the forecast, but let's start here

Hey, Gio, good morning. The terminals are definitely packed, but that is the least of worries for the millions,

especially in Chicago, looking to get home. Just checked flight away a few moments ago. Already seeing

hundreds of delays and cancellations. Safe to say that Thanksgiving trip home is off to a rough start. This morning, extreme weather causing a travel nightmare for millions heading home from the Thanksgiving holiday. A new storm system dumping heavy snow overnight across the Great Lakes, piling on top of what's already fallen. Winter weather alerts in states across the country from Montana to Michigan to New England.

In New Hampshire, a mess on the roadways after snow from previous days melted and then refroes,

causing more than 70 crashes statewide in just 12 hours.

In New York State, lake affects snow causing hazardous conditions.
