Space travel seems to be popular with the billionaire set. And Richard's broad smile and blonde

lion's mane hair is instantly recognizable. He always looks like he's enjoying himself,

But what I didn't know was what is perhaps the key to Richard's happiness and success,

his gumption.

He really is something of a badass, effortlessly confident,

hardworking and driven, and filled with an
