We do begin here with reaction overnight to that stinging Supreme Court defeat for President Trump and his outrage over the decision.

It's not just a massive blow to his economic agenda, but also his domestic and foreign policy goals.

Trump used tariffs for everything from pressuring foreign leaders to convincing companies to

Tariffs have long been Trump's obsession, and he's not giving up on them. He's already finding other workarounds.

This morning, a devastating blow to President Trump's economic agenda. The Supreme Court ruling most of his sweeping tariffs are

illegal. Trump lashing out at the justices, calling them unpatriotic and disloyal. I'm ashamed of

certain members of the court, absolutely ashamed for not having the courage to do what's right for

our country. In a six to three decision, the court's liberal justice joining three staunch conservatives,

including two appointed by Trump himself.

The decision striking at the heart of Trump's economic strategy and the leverage he used in negotiations with other countries.

writing only Congress has the power to impose taxes.
