Today's show, anchor Savannah Guthrie, just now posting a new message to social media this evening addressing whomever is holding her mother, appearing alongside her siblings. She says they'll pay ransom for her return. Quote, we beg you now to return our mother so we can celebrate with her.

Now pulled from the market under government pressure, a low-cost version of the popular pill that has so many people dropping pounds.

Hems and Hers said in a statement Saturday that it will stop offering a compounded and deep discounted version of a weight-lost GLP1 pill.

After the Food and Drug Administration indicated

it would take legal action against the company. The pill priced at $49 a month used compounded

GLP1 ingredients rather than those approved by the FDA found in branded drugs such as Wigovi.

The agency cites concerns about safety, quality, and potential violations of federal law.

At the site of so many anti-ice protests in Minneapolis-St. Paul,

Native Americans came together in support of relatives, who they say,

have been brutalized in the federal immigration crackdown.
