But deep down, you've kind of settled into that stage of life where you don't want to add another pound,

but you're not really committed to doing anything serious about it.

Oh, you may talk about it.

The guy in the office that's just lost 30 pounds, you'll ask him in the hallway so attentively.

So what did you do?

What did you eat?

But deep down, you're not going to do anything about it.

We all know it.

What if science said that you're actually likely to live

longer than that guy who's in better shape? And if women found you to be sexier? Hard to believe,

no? Well, for every wacky theory out there, there's a professor willing to put pen to paper and his name and good reputation behind it.
