Well, Welcome to the Saturday Examine.

This first week of Advent, we have been reminded of promises and prophecy for the great gift of Jesus.

As much as we love to look forward, it is good to be mindful of what has passed.

Take a few moments today to see the past week with the Lord's guidance.

Prepare yourself for prayer by focusing on your breath.

Take a few deep breaths in and then a few releasing breaths out.

Notice how the change in breath brings stillness and an awareness of God's presence. And the Oh, Oh, You're not going to be. We have Where have you experienced a community of faith, a call to witness, a gift of grace? Oh, Oh, You're not going to be. Oh, Is there a particular moment God is drawing you to remember?

Notice what rises to the surface naturally.

Allow the moment to reveal itself. Oh, You're not going to be. Do you notice any tensions, lack of understanding, or frustration? Allow these moments to be. Oh, You're not going to be. Oh, Where in the prayer journey of the week have you found an opening of the heart or sense of challenge, revelation or relationship.

Is there something that may lead you through this time?

Again, notice what arises naturally. And then. Oh, Oh, You're going to be. As we move through this advent journey, what would you like to ask God for? To find movement in
