You're going to be. Welcome to the Saturday Examine. We begin today by allowing ourselves to settle into the grace of God's loving presence.

As you begin to pray, become aware in your body.

Notice how you feel in your arm or leg.

Remember that God carefully created and cares for this part of you. You're going to be. Oh, Oh, We will now hear a short verse from each day of our reflections this week.

Notice which one stirs you most.

Woman, here is your son.

Then he said to the disciple, here is your son. Then he said to the disciple,

here is your mother. I am the Vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I and them bear much fruit,

because apart from me you can do nothing. I have come as light into the world so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in the darkness. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. To us the message of this salvation has been sent. Which one of these verses stays with you?

Take a moment to ponder it. You're going to be. Oh, Notice where this week you have felt most fully alive.

This could either be within or outside of your structured prayer times. Oh, Oh, Notice where you have felt any friction or weighed down by anything.

Speak with the Lord about these moments. You're all. Oh, Oh, As we face the week to come, take a moment to ask what it is you might need from God in order to live and serve from a restful place of knowing you

are beloved by the Lord. The Oh, Oh, Glory be to the Father and to the Son, to the Holy Spirit,

as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be.
