Summary

Satellite Sisters is a podcast produced for online distribution. Created and hosted by the five Dolan sisters,  Julie, Liz, Sheila, Monica and Lian, who live in four cities in three states. The show is recorded on Skype and edited on Garage Band. The motto of Satellite Sisters is,"Not every conversation will change your life, but any conversation can."  In this edited episode, Liz, Julie and Monica recall the recent deaths of both their parents, the healing perspective of hospice and the response of longtime listeners of Satellite Sisters as part of the grief process.  Though our show is usually infused with luaghter, we thought this epsiode exemplifies the power of audio and the connection to our audience. It was our most listened to episode of the year and cited by many listeners as incredibly helpful in their own lives as women who often find themselves the caregiving role in life.   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
