Ephesians chapter 6, verses 10 through 12 will be our text, and I'll have you turn there if you're not there already.

And once you do, if you're able, I'll ask you to stand.

You can follow along as I read.

We're going to begin in verse 10, where the Apostle Paul by the Holy Spirit is writing and says, finally, be strong in the Lord

and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.

For our struggle, verse 12, is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against

the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against, that's like the fifth

time, that word against, I don't like the word against, but there it is, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Would you pray with me? We'll ask God's blessing on our understanding.

Loving Heavenly Father, thank you for your word.

Thank you for these verses that are here before us in your word today.

Lord, we need for you though to say to in your word today.

Lord, we need for you though to settle our hearts and enable us to give you our undivided attention

so that you can minister to us and speak into our lives in and through your word.

Unless you do that, we're going to miss that which you have for us today and I don't

believe any of us here want that to happen.

So Lord, as you're always so faithful to, will you speak ever so clearly into our lives? In and through

your word we pray. In Jesus' name, amen. You can be seated. Thank you. So, I want to talk to you today about the reality of satanic attack in the life of a Christian.

If you're anything like me, and I suspect that you are, it wasn't long after you came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ

that you realize that spiritual warfare is very real.
