it's coming. It's a wave of artificially generated video, audio, and photos.

It's going to upend how news media covers politics.

Arguably it already has. And it's certain going to change how candidates campaign.

We've already seen some of this in 2024.

There was the fake Joe Biden robocall in New Hampshire,

designed, I guess, to drive down turnout,

although the motivation was a tiny bit

head scratching and turned out it was from someone kind of sort of related to the

Dean Phillips campaign. And recently there's been a series of fake photos with

Donald Trump posing with black voters in an attempt to drive up his numbers there.

So how are campaigns planning to deal with disinformation?

And I'll perhaps I'll share a little bit of what we're trying to do with it in in the

media but I could tell you we feel as under siege as the campaigns something I'm

also wanting to discuss on this podcast.

My guest today though is Sasha Eisenberg.
