I thought I would do an episode on my own about scent in spring.

I'll tell you why, because yesterday, and the day before,

and the day before that, actually, we had a spring photo shoot, obviously photographing

all the bulbs for our autumn range. And it was just incredible because gradually, through the days, I filled our house,

including our bedroom, with flowers that we then were collecting into collections.

And Jonathan Buckley, who I've worked with now for nearly 30 years, and I worked away through

the weekend.

And then we were joined by both Jemima and Tom, who came and did some

sort of putting together of things for their ranges. And we, it was exhausting, but we had a good

time. But the thing that struck me as I fell asleep and as I woke up was the incredible

scent and fragrance throughout the whole house.

And I tend to talk about narcissus or daffodils in autumn, which is when you plant them,

in a way more than in spring when they're flowering and similarly with tulips.

But I really wanted to do this separate special episode on scented things for spring,
