When I had my son I had six seizures in one week about five weeks after he was born and

That was really a rock bottom for me because I thought, you know, I just I can't live this way anymore and a lot of this is being like most of the the health situation was being just sort of swept under the rug. It actually wasn't public.

A very small group of people on the executive team knew about it, but even my highest direct reports didn't know about it. And it was something

that was kind of behind this curtain, right? And for me, it was as if I lived two different lives, right?

And I was actually feeling like I was starting to live this lie.

And I couldn't do it anymore.

And I literally was starting to, know fall it felt like I was

imploding right and they were telling me you know you're putting your life on on the

line here and now I have a newborn that I'm incapable of taking

care of and this huge impact in the world that I have been you know making an

out to make I'm you know at this rate going to be incapable of making if this continues and you know after that

happened for me it was such a wake-up call that you know it was really about how do I how do I start to make conscious choices and decisions about who I am as a leader and what is success really about.
