Today on the show, we welcome Sarah Jackson.

She is the author of a book called The House That Love Built, Why I Opened My Door to

Immigrants and How We Found Hope Beyond a Broken System.

Now before you jump to conclusions here when you hear that, I want you to understand Sarah's

heart.

She's a follower of Christ.

She's the founder and executive director of Casa DePaz, a hospitality home in Denver, Colorado.

Her family of more than 2,000 volunteers, ministers to immigrants and family separated by detention

with visits, meals, shelter, and transportation, and emotional support through the arduous process of reunification.

Sarah's mission is to help end the isolating experience of immigrant detention one simple

act of love at a time. This is a woman who is loving her neighbor. This isn't political.
