Welcome to slow more. Welcome back. My guest today is someone I've waited four months to speak to

mistake on my side by the way. We just didn't coordinate very well but four months ago

Instagram for once showed me something that I actually liked so I clicked and it was a

video about a relationship coach speaking about how women do certain things in a relationship

and I found myself nodding vigorously like yes absolutely I feel this is what i have gone through and so i clicked through more and more and more content and i was headbanging all the way through until i finally said okay you, you know what, I'm going to follow that person.

I followed that person and I have to admit almost every single piece of content she

puts online is so well thought through, is valid in a very interesting way at least to me.

And so I thought maybe you guys should get introduced. So my guest today is Sarah Dawn Moore and Sarah is a

relationship coach at heart but somehow with our modern world turned into a

content creation and I would say social media

sensation one more than one and a half million followers. Sarah is really trying to

demystify some of the challenges of love and romance to sort of show us some of the mistakes that we do in the eyes of psychology or gender diversity or behavioral science so that we can find a way to finally find that love that we all

crave to have in our life. I've been waiting very long. I actually feel a little bit

like a fan boy to spend time today with Sarah Don Moore.

Honestly, most of what you say it's so much. Honestly, most of what you say, Sarah, if I say I'll get cancelled, but you say, you say it's so factually and so elegantly and so lovingly that it actually registers really well.

I mean some of the times you speak about how women behave in a relationship, some of the times you speak about how we men behave in a relationship some of the times you speak about how women behave in a relationship and I have to admit I learned a lot and you know it's a topic that I have been working on for quite a few years for me personally after my long marriage and you know my separation from my wife now
