If you're the kind of person who believes that there can't be an accident with a nuclear weapon because doctrine tells you when to use them and you have certain protocols in place that make sure there's not going to be an accident, you're wrong. I mean, that's not correct. That's not backed up by history. And so with that in mind, it's like, obviously the only solution is to get rid of all of the nuclear weapons.

And you just have to think about what would motivate governments to do that.
