There's no proof that my kids are dead or alive. There's no proof that she killed them or she didn't kill them.

I mean, there's no proof either way.

It hurts all of us to the core that love the children and nobody is doing anything.

This is all about Katherine. That's what gets me. It's all about her.

The mother who is locked up, so to speak, she's got all her rights. I mean, she's on the internet. She's doing whatever. Yeah, it's unbelievable.

The problem is she doesn't want to go to jail to as simple as that.

On the afternoon of September 7, 2014, Katherine Hoggle told family members that she was taking her two-year-old son Jacob to get pizza in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Hours later, she returned without Jacob or a pizza that stated that she had left Jacob with a friend. By the next morning, Jacob's three-year-old sister Sarah would be missing too.

For over two years, their mother Katherine has been in a psychiatric facility but has been repeatedly declared incompetent.

Law enforcement isn't even allowed to question her about what she did with little Jacob and Sarah, leaving these two innocent children voiceless within her court system.

We all understand why certain protections exist to prevent injustice, but this is a case that will make you question whether those protections are causing another injustice altogether.

This is Jacob and Sarah's story.
