We'll be talking to a narcissist abuse survivor named Sarah from the UK.

And before I get into that conversation or hand it off to that pre-recorded part,

I will say that, or a little bit of a warning, in this episode, there are a lot of sound issues. And I used Skype for this episode. Preferably, I'd not like to

use Skype because Skype has been in existence since 2003. And it is now 2019. And for some reason reason they still do not have their act together and there's

just a lot of problems with sound not necessarily drop calls just a lot of noise that occurs

blurriness i don't know what the exact term is. So unfortunately, I was

planning on editing it so it was not there anymore, but it's virtually impossible. So I want

to apologize. There are moments during it where I stop Sarah when she's talking, explained to her what's

going on because on her end she can't hear what I was hearing. So I was going to edit those parts

out as well and I decided I'm going to keep it in. You know, my style in life is, I call it craptastic. So to me,
