We know that in 2014, the taxpayers at California approved, you know, building these water reservoirs, so the waters would be available.

Santa Ana wins are predictable.

The L.A. Fire Department budget was cut, but between state and federal funds, we learned $650 million was allocated to make the L.A. Port Green.
