Well, what was the contingency plan?

Now we know that in the Pacific Palisades,

we know that the reservoir was empty.

Why is that?

We also have learned a lot that California has given up on the science of forestry

that would be clearing brush and controlled burns.

We know that in 2014, the taxpayers at California approved, you know, building these water reservoirs, so the waters would be available.

You know, California is known for wildfires.

Santa Ana wins are predictable.

The L.A. Fire Department budget was cut, but between state and federal funds, we learned $650 million was allocated to make the L.A. Port Green.

Tell me how that makes sense.

Then we found out that they were spending in L.A. $800,000 for, quote, green street sweepers.
