You ended up going to university in New York, wouldn't you? I did. And then there was this period. Because did you think you'd be an actor at that point?

Yeah, that was the dream. You don't see it for me, do you?

I do see it. It's almost rude. I do actually see it. No, no, no, I'm not a good, I got this audition.

Maybe a year ago, something, you know, whatever, and it was for the guy who wrote, it was for the new project of the guy who wrote W1A. Right. Yeah, yeah. It was brilliant. Yeah, I bet. It was genius. Sorry, darling. And I was like, oh, this is, I know, I see what this role is. I can do, this is it. Yeah. This is is I can do this is it yeah this is how I

break this is gonna be it I didn't even get a call back I looked back at myself on the

self-tape I was unwatchably bad I was so bad at acting like I couldn't believe how

bad I was at it. So I think...

I think that's not what I offer.

I still think most comics tend to be better actors than a lot of actors.

I know I do believe that and I can say that because I grew up with a professional actor.

My mum was an actor and I, you know,

Raja trained, all this kind of stuff, but I just think there's something about that discipline

of doing comedy is so much fucking harder to make people laugh, you know. I agree, but there's

some, I don't know if it's just sort of like I've never really, it takes me a long time to memorize or something.

Right.

So like, I've never really known the lines well enough to do something good.

Right.

Because I continue to feel like I could and should be a really good actor.

I think you, but that's why I'm, um, I'm like a really good liar.

You know?

I just think, I can see that you absolutely, I don't know, I get the energy from you and

maybe that is just an energy that you would be really good at acting, but anyway.
